Hi, I’m Sara! I live in Oxford, MI with my Basset Hound, Georgia. Georgia and I spend lots of time with our family and friends, enjoying nature and downtown Oxford. I work out of my apartment creating linocut art (and some other artsy projects). I am so happy to share my passion for printmaking with you!

I have loved creating art from a very young age and I have dabbled in many mediums over the years. I stumbled into printmaking in 2021 after primarily working in acrylic and oil paints. Learning relief printing has been such a great experience. Hand-carving my design into the linoleum and seeing my art come to life after hand-printing is so gratifying. I have learned a lot over my years of printmaking and every linocut teaches me even more about the medium and myself.

I draw inspiration from my life and nature. I love spending time outdoors and I try to capture my feelings about nature into my art. Many of my prints will have themes relating to natural subjects connecting with emotional concepts.
